Oh mom and dad, I love you
I love you with my whole heart. I love you like the sun shines bright in the morning. I love you as sure as the air I breathe, and I love you endlessly. And I thank you, for every kiss on a bruised knee, and every tear you let hit your shoulder I love you for that and so much more. All the late night conversations, and all the clarity in letting me know that everyone and everything will be just fine.
Someday, somewhere.
Thank you mom, thank you dad, for every single day you have given me, every ray of love you let it shine through, and for shaping me into who I am.
We all know someday, sooner than tomorrow, we'll have to say goodbye. Not forever, but it sure as hell will feel like that. I'm not ready. I'll never be.
